2. Description of Services

The Company provides guided historical and educational tours, with an additional focus on Bible-based tours.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process:
A deposit is required to secure a booking.

1.  Credit card is accepted for payment with an additional 3% over the price; for bank commission.
2. The prices includes V.A.T. Tax but does not include %3 bank commission in case credit card is used for payment also does not include the bank wiring fee.
3. Down payment is half of the tour price and it is due in the first week of the month three months before the tour occurs (for example down payment be done in first week of June for a tour happening in September).
4. The balance which is the rest of the tour price should be due in third week of the month before the tour begins. 

• Reservation of buses and transportation
• Confirmation of accommodations and related services
• Preparation of tour materials

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made before the services, transportation, or accommodations are confirmed will result in a full refund.
• If cancellations occur after arrangements have been made, refunds will be processed, minus incurred costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including service providers.
• The Company is not liable for events beyond its control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Use of Personal Data

The Company complies with applicable data protection laws. For detailed information, refer to the Privacy Policy.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey.

8. Customer Rights and Obligations

• Customers must not misuse the materials or content from the Company’s website.
• Customers are responsible for their own behavior and compliance during the tour.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances.
